You’ll spend 4 months in each department. With different responsibilities in each, you will learn:
- Placing orders
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Stock control
- Checking and querying supplier invoices and credit notes
- Dealing with customer enquiries on telephone and live chat
- Responding to customer email enquiries
- Processing customer returns
- Producing customer quotations
- Making sure the product catalogue is up to date
- Creation of new product listings
- General admin duties
