What will I be doing?

You will act as the primary interface between our customers and internal teams to contribute to achieving the team's objective of maximising order intake whilst providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for our customers and representatives
  • Prepare and/or assist in preparation of quotations and proposal packages for submission to customers
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data within our Customer relationship management system
  • Create reports to enable sales analysis
  • Process Sales Enquiries and Purchase Orders using our CRM and Business systems
  • Receive and respond to customer and agents' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Organise and maintain hard-copy and electronic filing and archiving systems
  • Provide general administrative support as required, including but not limited to; filing, archiving, courier arrangement, stationary ordering, etc.

Desired qualifications

Educated to Degree level in relevant subject or you may have a minimum of 5 GCSE's A*-C/9-4 including English and Mathematics or equivalent.

Future prospects

Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme.

UPDATE - Candidates aged 16-17 £4.62 per hour (£173.25 per week) Candidates aged 18-20 £6.56 per hour (£246 per week) Candidates aged 21- 24 £8.36 per hour (£313.50 per week) Candidates aged 25+ £8.91 per hour (£334.12 per week). These hourly rates are significantly higher the National Apprenticeship Rate and would continue to increase as you are progressing within this exciting company.
