The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust provides acute treatment and care for a catchment population of around 500,000 people in Bath, North East Somerset and West Wiltshire. We provide 759 beds and a comprehensive range of acute services including medicine and surgery, services for women and children, accident and emergency services, and diagnostic and clinical support services. The Estates and Facilities Division is seeking a Sustainability Officer to join our forward thinking Sustainability Team. This role is an Apprenticeship, working towards the Level 3 Junior Energy Manager Apprenticeship.
For the duration of the fixed term contract you will receive a Band 3 salary in line with Annex 21.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a lead role in improving the hospital environment through better staff engagement, and efficient energy and water management, making a real difference in a rewarding environment.

• Progress your career in the field of sustainability, specifically energy management, auditing and behaviour change
