About the apprenticeship

Duties

The apprentice Customer Service Advisor will be working within a team towards the completion of the main tasks in lettings and estate agency where the main duties and responsibilities are towards maintenance activities and customer satisfaction.

Co-ordinate matters concerning health and safety procedures
Administrate insurance claims
Organise gas safety inspections
Organise electrical inspections
Organise property inspections
Organise the survey of Energy Performance Certificates
Maintain property inspection reports
Organise and monitor the progress to completion of property repairs
Respond to emails and telephone calls reporting maintenance issues
Ensure that we have contractors' relevant accreditation and insurance certificates.
Make available invoices received from contractors' to the bookkeeper
Review inventories and check-out reports on properties becoming vacant.
Make customer satisfaction calls to our clients encouraging them to leave reviews.

Additional information

RELATIONSHIPS
Working within a team of negotiators, an administrator, mortgage advisor and a bookkeeper, the successful candidate will be responsible to the Office Manager. They will be required to communicate effectively with our landlords and tenants, vendors and buyers and liaise with the franchise office and our suppliers.
