Working within the Learning & Organisational Development administration team, you will be focusing on the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation agendas. You will work closely with potential, new and existing learners and programme participants to ensure smooth enrolment processes, supporting learners throughout the programme and through the end point assessment processes and transitions to new roles where appropriate. You will be involved in the marketing and communications of all programmes, maintaining learner and programme records and supporting the evaluation process for all programmes.

This is a new role within a rapidly expanding agenda so your ideas for its development are key. You will be supporting individuals to start, develop and move forward in their careers. Working within the Learning & OD Team will also provide the opportunity to support the wider remit of the team as required.

If a DBS Check is required for your role the Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost of the DBS check (Enhanced Check £48 or Standard Check £30) by way of deductions from your salary over the first 3 consecutive months of employment with the Trust. As a condition of your employment you will also be required to register with and to participate in the DBS Update Service, and will be responsible for maintaining payment, and subscription to the DBS Update Service (£13 annual payment).DBS checks for volunteers remain free of charge.

The Trust currently pays a non-consolidated supplement in order that all our staff receive the equivalent of the Living Wage Foundation Rate.
