We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated part time Therapies Secretary to join our current administrative team in the Clinical Support Care Group. Primarily the role will be to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Therapists, other Allied Health Professionals and the current secretarial team across the Department. We are seeking a candidate whom is eager to expand their own career, coupled with the enthusiasm to support a changeable environment with an innovative approach.

The successful candidate must have a flexible approach, possess excellent communication skills, must be reliable, well organised and able to work as part of a team or independently.

You will need to be totally committed to providing a high quality administrative service whilst supporting other team members including apprenticeships in their learning and career progression. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting progressive service where you will be supported to develop in your role and will be provided with some management training if required.

This is a part time post working 30 hours per week.
