As a Finance Admin Apprentice, you will support our small but highly efficient Finance Team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business across a variety of finance and payroll related tasks.
You will initially undertake a 15 month L3 Business Administration apprenticeship with the potential to progress on to a specialist apprenticeship at a later date. This apprenticeship will give you grounded exposure to key administrative elements of our group finance and payroll services whilst enabling the development of your knowledge, skills and competencies required of the apprenticeship standard.
Main Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
* Weekly Payroll Processing
* Inputting purchase invoices
* Statement Reconciliations
* Assisting in payment runs
* Sales Invoicing
* Credit Control
* Daily Cash Management
* Cash book & payroll reconciliations
* General Administration
Desired skills
* Excellent organisation skills with a methodical approach to work
* Analytical with a key eye for detail
* Good IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
* Previous experience delivering excellent customer service
