As a Business Administrator apprentice,you will provide administrative support within the business across paperwork processing and payroll functions. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
Vacancy description
* Answer incoming calls into the office
* Take and efficiently deal with incoming queries from candidates
* Forward emails to candidates confirming details of interview and roles
* Add candidates onto company specific software creating files on the database
* Make outgoing calls where necessary to candidates confirming a variety of details
* Obtain references for candidates using email for communication with companies
* Manage spreadsheets of availability of candidates
* Issue paperwork at registration phase - face to face
* Scan paperwork onto the company network
* Issue confirmation of assignments to new workers
