My client is a very successful, long established boutique recruitment agency based in Kent. They service clients all over the UK, and have a very good name in the market. They operate in a very niche specialist market and have a fantastic existing client base which gives them many of exclusive high level opportunities to work on every month.
My clients and are looking for 2 very driven graduates or Trainees to train and develop into very high achieving individuals.
Please note: This role will be based in Kent near Canterbury with one to two days in the office and the rest of the time you will be working remotley from home. You can be based anywhere in Kent, or SE London as long as you are willing to travel to Canterbury, Kent area 1-2 days a week.
Ideally you will be a graduate (of any discipline) OR you will have several years working experience at least, and have experience in telesales, B2B sales, field sales, estate agency etc..
You will need to be a very motivated money driven and self motivated individual whom is exceptionally hard working. They are paying above market value for this role as they wish to attract the best possible candidates!
The ideal individual;
* Money Motivated
* Very commercial and sales focussed individual
* Happy to be on the phone all day, with a very good telephone manner
* Extra curricular activities, such as sports or hobbies outside of work
* Hard working, driven and self motivated
* Graduate level ideally, or previous sales experience and transferable skills into a sales role
* This isnt a 9-5 role. There is the expectation to work longer hours when needed to fill roles, or speak to caniddates out of hours if they arent avaialble to talk in the core office hours.
The role;
* Finding candidates that aren't already on the database by networking on LinkedIn, and calling people from job boards
* Running searches for candidates on database, on job boards etc., and calling them for specific roles
* Getting leads from candidates as to where they are interviewing etc. to pass to consultants and Directors
* Working with the best candidates to spec them into new businesses not already agreed terms with to try and sign up new companies to work with the agency.
* Networking with caniddates in the market to ask for refferals.
* Marketing and candidate attraction in terms of writing job adverts, putting posts to attract candidates on LinkedIn etc
