The role is focused within the Finance function with a shared responsibility of supporting the finance administration of our clients webshop and a large E-Commerce account by providing admin support to both teams. A possible full-time role will be available within the business upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend one of PETA training centres for off-the- job training. The majority of training will be completed with your employer at your place of work.

You will work towards the following qualifications:

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)About the role

Provide support to the Web Finance Team
Processing web customer refunds
Review and delete multiple auth web transactions
Process and respond to chargeback requests
Assist with the web sales fraud queue review and actions
Provide support with a large E-Commerce account
Allocate remittances for payments received into the bank
Help to generate chargeback report
Assist with the completion of the RMA spreadsheet for E-Commerce Admin to check
Support the E-Commerce Finance Associate with producing reports for the Sales Managers for each account
Ensure compliance with company and departmental procedures
Complete ad hoc duties as directedEssential Skills
