Following the successful completion of this apprenticeship programme you work gain membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and/or Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)

Driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities of this role may include:
- Assisting with the procurement of materials and off-site services
- Assisting with procurement and cost control of sub-contractors
- To assist with the payments associated with a construction project
- To develop an understanding of cost control
- To develop an understanding of programming and sequencing on a project
- To assist with sub-contract administration
- To support projects, close out and archiving of accounts
- Providing commercial support to the project delivery team

- Full UK driving licence required due to the nature of the role

- Applicants must be organised, punctual and highly motivated, with an excellent attendance record and attention to detail
- The successful applicant will work safely and responsibly always and must have a positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach to work and training

- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A*-C including maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
