GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade 9- 4 /A*- C) Essential
A Level or equivalent 3 A'levels (Grade 112 UCAS points) Essential
BTEC or equivalent Construction/property related (Grade Pass) Desired
Working with a team of experience Surveyors your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting other commercial team members in carrying out a range of commercial duties.
- Assisting with managing the costs of a project at every stage
- Maintaining good business relations with clients and other project consultants
- Supporting the effective engagement and management of our supply chain
- Preparing tender and contract documents
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- The apprenticeship will typically be undertaken over 5 years
- You'll typically spend one day per week attending University (term time only)
- Successful apprentices will achieve a degree in Surveying (QS pathway) and full chartered membership of RICS
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- You will gain a full honours degree, whilst developing valuable industry-specific work experience and earning a wage.
- You'll also have the opportunity to gain a professional Chartered status too, through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
