An excellent opportunity to work within Mental Health Crisis Services that has been rated as "OUSTANDING"

Our All Age Access is part of the Crisis Care Centre, at Harplands Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent this has been designed to the highest level of specification. This modern purpose designed unit will be the central point for all those in need of a Crisis Assessment/Intervention, teams within the Crisis Care Centre will include Mental Health Access Team, Home Treatment Team, High Volume Users Team and two beds to provide a place of safety for those detained on a section 136. You will be working within the all age Access Team and will have a particular focus on the CAMHS work stream. You will triage, accept and prioritise referrals for children and young people up to the age of 18 and directly assess their complex emotional , behavioural and mental health needs when they present in crisis. The service places a strong emphasis on collaborative engagement with service users and their carers in the formulation risk and safety plans. Previous experience of CAMHS or within a similar children's service is desirable alongside experience of multi-agency practice and knowledge of the third sector.
