An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Learning and Development department, which is a registered provider of Apprenticeships.

Do you enjoy a creating bespoke spreadsheets to record business activity using your own initiative and are able to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a Business Administrator who can support the Business Manager with funding applications, costings, procurement and financial administration.

Based within the Learning & Development Centre working as part of a larger team of administrators to provide an excellent experience for all our learners and visitors to the Centre.

The role is varied with a need for a high level of accuracy, excellent IT skills, diary management, minute taking and the ability to prioritise workloads.

Core hours are 8.30-4.30pm with some flexibility.

  • New starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale.
