START YOUR ADMIN CAREER WITH US!Our new talent schemes could kick start your future career.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Administration Apprentices to join our Talent Pool at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.

As a Talent Pool Apprentice, you will embark on a comprehensive 15 month training programme working towards your Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship.

You will initially be allocated to a lead department where you will work alongside colleagues delivering day to day administrative support. Each placement will be allocated by the Talent Academy to assist the Trust in filling its short-term absence whilst also allowing you to gain a broad range of knowledge, skills and competencies to support your onward progression and development. Full training and support will be provided throughout.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and scanning information onto the Trust IT systems.

Applications from applicants who meet the current criteria for Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome (where both the role and candidate are deemed suitable for a Tier 2 visa) and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Visas and Immigration department requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.
