    Desired qualifications
    • 3 A-Levels or equivalent including one in an HR related subject
    • Required to be qualified to at least level 3 in an HR related subject area (NVQ or CIPD Foundation certificate)
    • Successfully complete initial assessment, attend an interview, followed by a skills check
    • GCSE English and Maths minimum grade C / 4 or equivalent
    • Required to be employed in a suitable HR role for a minimum of 12-18 months (prior experience and assessment can be taken into account)
    Future prospects
    • After the programme, students will have generated basic HR Administration experiences, which will form a good foundation for them to start a career in professional HR
    Things to consider

    The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour as of 1st of April 2018. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds; £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.83 for those over 25.
