Primary responsibilities:
  • Serve as administrator and be the first line of support for the Salesforce.com platform
  • Handle essential administrative functions, including user maintenance, reports and dashboards
  • Assist in the training of new users
  • Liaise with other departments to establish efficient methods to support administrative development
  • Learning to gather requirements and assist in building technical solutions
  • Support 120 users with BAU - meeting agreed SLA's

5 GCSE'sgrades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and maths)
