THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL END OF JUNE 2021 TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

Exciting opportunity - Referral and Results Hub Antigen Shift Lead

The Test, Trace, Protect (TTP) programme is defined nationally and the Health Board is responsible for leading the delivery of the service across North Wales and working with our other partners. This is a significant new service in response to managing Covid-19 and is expected to be a requirement for some time.

The Health Board has a results process which consists of informing individuals of their results where the text message has failed, investigates missing results and responds to queries relating to the outcome of tests.

The Referral and Results Hub Shift Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of a team of administrators, whose role is to respond to all queries relating to antigen testing referrals and results. The Shift Lead will provide a first line support for the administrative team in responding to queries, identifying and mitigating any issues, and escalating where necessary.

Working alongside the Clinical Leads, the post holder will liaise with multidisciplinary staff across the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, wider care sector agencies, and local authority to ensure there is a timely and accurate response to queries regarding testing arrangements, and results, relating to the Covid19 pandemic response

You will need to be an experienced team leader, with an administrative background, be capable of working under pressure, have an attention to detail, and be confident in problem solving.

Due to the nature of this work, there is a requirement for the post holder to work flexibly, to cover a 7-day a week rota. Occasional out of hours work may be required during times of high demand.

Due to Covid19 guidelines, there is no specific base for this role as it is predominately homebased working and so a good internet connection is required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
