Apprentice Administrator (Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship)

Flexible working, laptop and phone for mobile working.

£16,000 - once apprenticeship complete starting salary will be £19,737

Farnham, Surrey or Keynsham, Bristol.

Full time - 37.5 hrs per week

As an Apprentice Administrator within Virgin Care, you'll join a team who are focused on delivering high standard training and development opportunities to enable colleagues in providing the best possible care to our service users and for staff to feel the difference.

Your days will be challenging, varied and rewarding and include:
  • Monitor course uptake and act to maximize the use of resources, through monitoring course uptake & marketing.
  • Provide support with general administrative functions within the team responding and positively working to solve and respond to queries via phone, email and in person to colleagues and external customers.
  • To manage the Learning Management System, by booking and amending training events, marking registers and reporting on Key Performance Indicators as requested.
  • To work with external and internal trainers, supporting them with scheduling training and booking training accommodation that makes the more efficient use of resources.
  • To support colleagues within the TLE team with any administrative tasks including room booking, presentation material, learning packs etc
  • Liaise with trainers and local venues where appropriate to ensure rooms are prepared prior to training events
  • Provide support to the data reporting including running small reports.
  • Manage registers against the timetabling to enable accurate monthly fill rate reports to be completed.
  • Support TLE in its development to become an external training provider
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and training events to support the communication and efficiency of the service.
  • To work flexibly as part of the administration team, ensuring there is support between the hours of 8-5 during the working week.

You will be based primarily in either our office in Farnham, Surrey or Keynsham, Bristol with the flexibility to work from home.

You will have excellent communication skills, and be competent in all Microsoft office applications, have a minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent and a willingness to be a part of a busy, innovative team.
