An opportunity has arisen for an e-Expenses Administrator to support the ESR & Workforce Systems Team at St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The post will be based at Alexandra Business Park St Helens. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual to support the department in the maintenance of the Allocate e-Expenses system across St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Lead Employer and CCGs. We are looking for applicants who will be able to organise their own workload and demonstrate good time management skills in order to ensure deadlines are met. You should also be able to demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels. The successful applicant will be educated to NVQ/QCF/Apprenticeship Level 2 Business Administration or minimum 12 months is a similar administration role. You will be a Competent user of Microsoft Suite specifically Word, Excel, Access and Outlook and experience in data input. You will have minimum 12 months in an administrative role. Please note, interviews may include assessment tasks. Interview date is to be confirmed. This post is suitable for a secondment or Fixed term position for 9 Months.
