What will the apprentice be doing?
Work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual. Carry out specific delegated clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or other registered care professionals dependent on setting.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentice will complete L5 Nursing Associate Apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship the apprentice will be guaranteed a position as a Nursing Associate within the trust. This however is not guaranteed to be within the same service that the apprenticeship is completed on.

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4+) Essential

Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of being in the Mental Health setting.
