The role of the Associate Practitioner will be to work autonomously supporting the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Team as part of the Trust's education structure. This will include facilitating the delivery of evidenced based programmes including HCA Induction, Care Certificate, Apprenticeships and OSCE preparation.

The Associate Practitioner (Professional Development) will act as a point of contact for and work closely with the Lead Professional Development Nurse and Professional Development Lead (International Recruitment) to provide training requirements for non-registered staff and international recruits as well as providing insight to the capabilities and training needs of the pre-registered and registered role (within their scope of practice).

There are two full-time posts available with one based at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby and one based at Scunthorpe General Hospital. However, there will be a requirement for cross-site working.
