An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 full time Permanent administration position within the Emergency Department at Ealing Hospital.

Successful candidates will be the first point of contact for patients who present or are referred to the Emergency department. The role will require the individual to be responsible for meeting and registering patients attendances in a timely fashion.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate ability in using their initiative, willingness to ensure a high delivery of care to our patients and an overall good team player. Have excellent organisational and IT skills. Good command of English both written and spoken.

Knowledge of NHS targets, secretarial experience, excellent customer service skills, professional and reliable. Knowledge of the Symphony system and ICS PAS is desirable.
The applicant must be available to work on a full time basis covering a rota reflecting a 24/7 service (including nights and weekend cover). Primary based on the Ealing Hospital site with an element of cross site cover as we are an integrated organisation providing cover to NPH, Ealing and CMH trusts.
