It's been a year like no other as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and KCHFT is leading on coordinating the mass vaccination centres in Kent & Medway, working with all of our partners in Health & Social Care. The Workforce, Information & Systems team are looking for a Senior Workforce Advisor to support the e-Rostering/Workforce lead in managing the Vaccination 'Business as usual' service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Workforce Team as a Senior Workforce Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to support in the resolution in the many COVID queries from the staff working in one of our 5 mass vaccination centres. The role will involve responding to the complex pay queries for bank staff, roster requirement and shift amendments, processing DBS renewals, resolving queries relating to EASY expenses and managing the email inboxes specifically set up to support the COVID vaccination response to ensure timely resolution of issues/queries. The successful candidate will need the ability to build effective relationships with a number of stakeholders, such as the wider Workforce team, payroll and managers at the COVID hubs.

It is an essential requirement that the post holder will have experience of using ESR and HealthRoster.

Attention to detail and a "can do" attitude are essential attributes, as well as effective communication skills, front-line customer service and the ability to prioritise and organise workload with competing priorities. As a dynamic organisation, with a fast changing service provision we take a flexible approach in terms of what we are able to offer. This means that we reserve the right to change the hours detailed in this advert to full time or part-time to meet the service requirements. Please note that the salary stated is based on full time working and will be pro rata for part time working.

Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas also receive 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum of £1,762. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
