Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1m people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Fixed Term for 6 Months

We require an Administration Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day administrative function at the Peepul Centre, Covid Vaccination Centre in Leicester.

This is a very busy role, requiring the successful candidate to be responsible for the management and supervision of up toten temporary administration staff per day, supporting with basic IT system training, dealing with patient appointment queries and supporting the general flow of patients through the centre.

Excellent communication skills and a good general level of IT literacy are essential. Providing administrative support to the Operational and Clinical Leads is also a key element of the role to support the smooth-running of the service at all times.

The vaccination centre is open from 8.00am - 8.00pm seven days a week and the successful candidate will be required to work on a rostered shift basis which will include weekend and evening working.

In the event of service interruption (eg reduced patient appointments or reduced opening hours)you will be asked to temporarilydeploy to a similar role to cover.
