Autism Anglia is a well-establish charity providing provision for people within the Autistic Spectrum from pre-school to adults. We provide a range of services to enable people with Autism to live as independently as possible and experience choice and inclusion in society.
The charity also seeks to promote a greater knowledge and understanding of autism through training, education and supplying information to the public and professionals.
We are seeking a motivated, focused, collaborative individual to work as part of the Finance team to provide a comprehensive, efficient and responsive service. This incorporates a range of accounts and financial administrative duties, supporting services across our Essex and Norfolk sites. The apprentice will support our Finance Assistant in the day to day running of the Purchase & Sales Ledger.
Your main duties will include:
- General finance administration including managing the finance and payroll email inboxes
- Assisting with Data and Payroll processes
Experience:
As part of the Apprenticeship you are expected to complete an AAT Level 3 qualification, supported through a local college.
- Administration background
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Experience of using Information Systems/Databases and Microsoft packages
