This role will be at the heart of our business working with senior consultants, and other CPQ analysts, known freelancers, partners and directly with Clients.

Main responsibilities: [The role consists of the following activities:]

  • Client requirements capture, assessment scoping and solutioning (Process, Organisation and Systems)
  • Contribution to project planning and implementation for new or changed CPQ systems and their integrations
  • Assistance with technical writing including service descriptions and sales enabling collateral
  • Setting up, configuring, loading and packaging product into CPQ for sale

Managing existing Clients:
  • Providing post sale support, maintenance that underpin Vendira managed services.
  • Assisting our clients with ongoing maintenance and evolution of their products, catalogues and CPQ configurations

Vendira Business Operation:
  • Assistance with maintaining and evolving process and systems that underpin Vendira's business operations

Desired skills

A desire to learn both technology and business change adoption, including:
  • Requirements capture and analysis.
  • Test planning, coordination and feedback management.
  • Problem solving.
  • Successful business change adoption.
  • Salesforce salescloud and CPQ+ along with not so well known ServicePath a leader in CPQ for IT service providers.

Personal qualities

  • A natural interest in business enabling technology rather than traditional infrastructure with proven ability to learn and achieve certifications.
  • A can-do attitude, someone who is reliable and proven to step up to challenges, not being afraid to go the extra mile when required.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbally, while being quietly confident and grounded, will learn to 'bridge the gulf' between IT and the business by speaking both 'languages'.
  • Ability to work remotely and also easily travel to London, West London locations
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team on planned activities

Desired qualifications

  • A-Levels in ICT/Business/Computing
  • Or an Apprenticeship in a similar subject (this must be at least the level below the planned programme)
  • Or an International Baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT

Future prospects

92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
