  • First point of contact for support calls through the helpdesk
  • Logging and assigning support calls through our G2BMS ticket system/software
  • Assisting with 1st line support requests with a gradual build to 2nd line requests
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment
  • Doing backup checks and fixes
  • Assisting with regular server maintenance, AV installs and disk space reviews
  • Doing backup checks and fixes
  • Opportunity to get involved in supporting more complicated projects
  • Development to complete on-site support/project visits at client sites
