QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
- Serve as administrator and be the first line of support for the Salesforce.com platform
- Handle essential administrative functions, including user maintenance, reports and dashboards
- Assist in the training of new users
- Liaise with other departments to establish efficient methods to support administrative development
- Learning to gather requirements and assist in building technical solutions
- Support 120 users with BAU - meeting agreed SLA's
