We are recruiting Band 5 staff nurses within the community team of North West Surrey (Thames Medical(Runnymede/Elmbridge) / Woking and Spelthorne)
This is an excellent place to start your career in community nursing.

The role of the Community Staff Nurse will be caring for complex patients in their home environments, care homes and within a clinic setting.

The skills required for Community Nursing include complex wound management, palliative care and end of life care, medicines management, IV drug administration as well as having a high standard of holistic assessment and care planning skills. We will help you develop to achieve these skills with a robust career development pathway.
You will closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams including GPs, local Hospices, Complex Care Nurses, Health and Social Care Coordinators, Specialist Nurses and Therapist colleagues.

The post includes weekends and bank holidays.
