General Practice Nurse with special interest in respiratory and diabetes

Job Type: Permanent

Working pattern: Negotiable - 37 Hours

Salary: Negotiable - Band 6/7 Equivalent depending on experience

M6 and Train Station - 30 minutes away

Experience essential

Duties will include multitasking role in Chronic Disease Management areas; developing and regularly updating protocols and running clinics within the guidelines of these protocols for the wellbeing of patients on Chronic Disease registers. These may include respiratory, diabetes, CVD & CKD.

Hold or studying towards an appropriate qualification to effectively run such clinics.
