Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking in-depth technical audits of client websites in order to identify issues and providing actionable recommendations
- Ongoing analysis and troubleshooting of client websites
- Setting up technical dashboards so we can report on technical fixes
- Carrying out health checks of client websites
- Supporting on website migration projects by helping to identify priority URLs on a clients website as well as testing throughout the migration project
- Monitoring clients ranking and flagging any positive or negative trends to SEO team members
- Oversee the implementation of technical SEO recommendations, working alongside relevant team members and clients
- Support with testing in-house SEO tools
- Undertaking keyword research and gap analysis
- Analysing client backlink profiles to prevent any negative impacts on client websites, whilst identifying link acquisition opportunities for clients
- Optimising on page elements of a client's website (e.g. Title tags, meta descriptions and introduction text
- Liaising closely with all agency employees
- Working as part of a team, to share all key findings
- Meeting with managers to understand task requirements
- Completing tasks and creating reports by the agreed deadlines
- Explaining task progress to the relevant managers as required
- Keeping up with industry news and informing the team about any major events
- Upon progressing in the role, the candidate will be able to contribute to the development of new in-house tools

- Ability to demonstrate a passion to learn SEO, especially the technical side of SEO
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong organisation, project management, time-management and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills - being able to analyse large sets of data and provide logical solutions
- Very good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (particularly Excel)
- Already have some experience in Technical SEO either in-house or agency side
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with developers
- Experience using Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs
- Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and Data Studio
- Experience using web crawling software such as Deepcrawl or Screaming Frog

- A strong desire to learn about other aspects of data analysis within a digital marketing environment
- Able to think independently and use self-initiative
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Driven, motivated and a self starter
