What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We have a genuine commitment to your development, offering you a closely supported and structured programme of tuition, provided by a top firm of external tutors.
You will study towards the AAT qualification over 24 months under a level 4 apprenticeship, building not only on your technical skills, but also on your personal and professional development. Training consists of a combination of courses at the tutors' offices, private study and regular exams, as well as on-the-job training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
When your training ends, we continue to help you develop, providing the same opportunities and challenges given to all Buzzacott team members.Continued career progression is supported with a view for further study towards the ACA after completion of the AAT.
As a single-office practice you will get to know everybody in the Firm and have the opportunity to shine from day one.

GCSE or equivalent English Language (Grade Minimum Level 5/grade B) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade Minimum Level 5/grade B) Essential
A Level or equivalent Any (Grade 120 ucas points) Essential
- Act as a trainee auditor in the Corporate Assurance team, working with a wide range of profit making organisations.
- Carry out all audit work, in compliance with the firm's and statutory procedures.
- Prepare accounts, including consolidated accounts, from accounting records.
- Recommend improvements to the clients' accounting systems and controls and assisting clients as required.
