The individual will be working in a team of financial services administrators, providing administration for the firm's advisers

Provide daily administrative support to established financial advisers and their paraplanners. Help to maintain the client database, processing new business. Implementing advice given to clients. Be able to assist and contribute to the development of the financial planning proposition, new processes, and systems within the team. Liaising with product providers and clients.

You will complete the following tasks:
  • Appointment letters & appointmentpack collation
  • Check & despatch to provider requesting relevant information. Track for receipt. Send copy to Paraplannerand/or adviser
  • Do Equifax check, update review tracker and IRESS as applicable.
  • Liaise with advisers re any AML issues
  • Ensure all surrenders are completed and none are missing
  • Communicate to Adviser when complete/issues
  • Daily post actions for office - in/out
  • Send and response to emails
  • Make and receive phone calls
  • Door - meet & greet
  • Completing change of address/name, change of status
  • OEIC to ISA annual task undertaken jointly by AS & OP
  • Project work as required by BBT

Starting salary £17,500 and can increase quickly depending on progress.
