We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work within Older Persons Mental Health based on the Dementia Assessment Ward. The candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The individual will need to be flexible and dynamic in their approach in delivering care to both patients and carers. The individual will work as a member of the team, working towards the provision of assessment and treatment of older persons. The post holder will need to be an effective team player and be committed to providing the highest standards of care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
