An opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Clinic Maintenance vacancy within the Clinical Administration.

The purpose of the job would be to form part of a team of Clinical Admin responsible for the timely and effective amending of outpatient clinics and clinic capacity on PAS. To notify patients of changes in appointments in line with the Referral to Treatment: Access and Management Policy, National Performance Targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, IT knowledge, knowledge of PAS and ERS, an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team working to strict deadlines.

The post is based at the Conquest.

The Trust is committed to supporting and developing their staff through apprenticeship programmes. If you do not have an NVQ you will be required to undertake a qualification as part of the apprenticeship scheme. The apprenticeship linked to tis role is a diploma in Business Administration Level 2/3 .
