 Ensuring food safety
 Food allergen control
 Health & safety at work
 Menu planning and costing
 Team working - preparing food
 Team working - cooking food 
 Helping with deliveries and restocking
 Assisting with cleanliness of kitchen and food storage areas

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The successful candidate must be able to make their own arrangements for travelling to and from the premises for their agreed shift pattern. This will include some mornings, evenings, weekends, Sundays, and public holidays.
