Things to consider
From April 2021, the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices rose to £4.30 per hour. This applies to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training. - Vocational experience of at least 2 years
- Appropriate level 3 or 4 qualification in Early Years

Desired qualifications
- You will be willing to undertake the Children, Young People and Families Manager Standard Level 5
- You must have the Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification
- You must have at least 2 years' experience as a room leader
