An expanding, fast paced organisation, based in Slough is looking for a graduate to join their Operations team to provide Operations Administration support.

Key responsibilities

To oversee through a 3rd party service provider the operation administration 6666

Sending requested information to authorities, charging administration fee, sending

invoices, inputting information on the Miles system.

Investigating any queries.

Insurance letters, forwarding letters and information of hirer as requested.

Administration of reminders, transfer and retention. End of contract correspondence.

To adhere to the FSA regulations and requirements.

Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

Deal with all HPI queries for contract hire.

Experience/skills required

Bachelor's degree

Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry preferred

Excel and Word to Intermediate to Advanced level
