Vacancy description

It will be your job to support the management team and the recruitment consultants in their day-to-day duties and assignments. This includes general administrative support, answering the phone and responding to enquiries, database management, liaising with candidates, clients and suppliers, research, working on marketing campaigns, and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

Long term, we hope the role will become a full time Office Manager position, but there is also potential to train towards a career in recruitment, and you will be exposed to all aspects of the business.

Duties include:

  • Managing and updating database and in-house CRM
  • Liaising with Fram’s candidates, clients, and external suppliers
  • Answering the phone and taking messages in a professional manner
  • Being the first point of contact for new enquiries
  • Adding & formatting candidate CVs and ensuring GDPR processes are completed
  • Assisting consultants with sourcing candidates in line with the recruitment brief
  • Arranging meetings and assisting with the interview process
  • Working on marketing campaigns and producing marketing material and content
  • Assisting with social media platforms
  • Develop an understanding of the Recruitment industry and of the industries Fram works with
  • General admin support

  • Grades A-C (8-4) in maths and English are essential for this role
