We are looking for someone to take on a broad range of duties within a small team but ultimately working for a large national company. The job includes carrying out general administration duties and therefore will require good computer skills and knowledge of word, excel & powerpoint. You will need to be confident on the telephone as you will be speaking to management as well as many head office departments. Duties will include composing excel documents, tables & figures, creating powerpoint presentations, writing letters to employees, issuing contracts (and therefore an element of confidentiality is needed), dealing with resignations, dealing with employee queries, filing & general office tasks.
At Sequence you will be working towards a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months
