This is an ideal opportunity for those who are interested business admin. You’ll be expected to turn your hand to various jobs whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

So if you're an organised individual with an ambitious attitude, then this is the perfect career opportunity for you to work at a Medical Practice with 2 surgery locations in Leeds 9 and Leeds 15

We are a friendly and supportive team and work out of two modern purpose built surgeries


  • Scanning correspondence adding electronically to a Patients’ medical record
  • Smooth running of the stock ordering and stock control of medical supplies for the GPs and Nurses as well as room stocking
  • The efficient and timely processing of vaccine and medicine orders keeping a log and audit trail including fridge stock rotation and stock check
  • Collection of incoming mail, opening post and sorting into departmental bundles and date stamping
  • Taking outgoing mail and special deliveries to the post office
  • Typing up letters to Patients with appointment reminders and recalls
  • Photocopying medical records
  • Adding new Patient registration details on the electronic patient system
  • Ordering of stationery and clinical stock items
  • Sending and Receiving Emails
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English are desired but not essential
