We are currently seeking an Apprenticeship Administrator to join us on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and customer orientated administrator to grow their career within one of the leading awarding bodies for land-based industries in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

You will play an active role in helping us deliver a high quality, positive experience for apprentices, providers and employers and, in return, you will join a supportive and engaging environment, where you'll be encouraged to develop your skills, knowledge and experience.

The Role

As an Apprenticeship Administrator, you will assist in the support and delivery of our End-Point Assessments (EPA) service for training providers and employers.

You will establish and maintain relationships with training providers, ensuring the effective delivery of new apprenticeships standards. You will also respond to queries from learners, providers and employers in a timely and efficient manner, providing outstanding service with every interaction.

Additionally, you will:

- Raise sales invoices for providers when approving apprentices
- Check "gateway evidence" and confirm learners have met the requirements for their apprenticeship
- Log and code invoices received for the Standards, Apprenticeships and EPA Team
- Co-ordinate and maintain Assessor contracts for delivery of EPAs, along with CVs, qualifications and CPD evidence
- Co-ordinate and maintain Provider contracts for the delivery of EPAs
- Maintain the "Conflict of Interest Log" and "Technical Log"

About You

To be considered as an Apprenticeship Administrator, you will need:

- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Excellent administration experience
- Experience of managing external sub-contractors
- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes
- Experience of working with training providers (both colleges and private providers)
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - especially with Word and Excel
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our location)

Knowledge of QA systems and processes would be beneficial to your application, as would project management skills. The ability to produce content and update websites would also be an advantage, as would relevant industry knowledge.

This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week over five days with some flexibility.
