Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

In your role as a Grounds Maintenance Apprentice, your main duties will include Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, gritting, leaf clearance, litter picking, and clearance as required. You will train in all aspects of a Grounds Maintenance Operative position.
You will also provide management with relevant information and reporting as required, including reporting any site issues. You may be required to drive company vehicles, ensuring they are kept in full tact and any maintenance issues are reported in a prompt manner. You will provide swift solutions for any requests, complaints or queries - reporting them to the correct department or escalating if need be.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a passion for Horticulture/Gardening, with great communication skills and customer service experience. Any relevant gritting or grounds maintenance experience would be an advantage.
A full driving license is also required. You should have a good understanding of smartphone technology to ensure that work activity is properly recorded.
