An opportunity has arisen within the staff development team for an Apprenticeships Programme Facilitator. This work is an exciting and emerging field in the development of new and existing staff within UCLH. The post-holder has the opportunity to enhance career development opportunities within the Trust, and use their expertise, interest and passion for supporting colleague's career development within the NHS.

This role will report to the Apprenticeships Programme Manager to support the delivery of apprenticeships within the Trust. This will include providing mentoring support to learners, managing the administration for apprenticeship programs and facilitate the planning, delivery and reporting of apprenticeships within the Trust. This role will support the employer provider provision of the Trust and delivery of the work experience strategy.

We are looking for applicants who are experienced in coordinating learning events, have an understanding of delivering Apprenticeship Programmes across a large multi-site organisation and have a Postgraduate certificate in education or equivalent experience / training. They must also have excellent communication skills and have a passion to develop others.
