TheProgrammebrings together the next generation of housing employees with leaders and mentors from the industry. You will work across multiple services areas such as asset management, development, housing, legal and human resources, with placement in your first area from day one, working across multiple locations in Norfolk and Suffolk.Alongside a dedicated apprenticeshipmanager,you will have a dedicated Flagship mentor who will review your progress, agree objectives and provide general support.

You willbalanceyour time between the workplace and study with the training provider, both of which will commence in September 2021.Most of your study will be online with someface to facesessions provided throughout your course.Theprogrammeis accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Day to day duties can include:
  • Commitment to a 4-year professional training programme, progressing onto a degree apprenticeship
  • Involvement in day to day work related activities and project work in housing related service areas such as asset management, development, housing and research
  • To take personal responsibility for self-development
  • Undertaking daily tasks across core and support functions
  • Applying knowledge gained from the apprenticeship programme
  • Self-reflections
  • Study theory
  • Ensure our services are delivered effectively by providing outstanding customer service
  • To take personal responsibility for own Health, Safety and Welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace
  • To take personal responsibility for seeking value for money opportunities to get service right first time; and Take personal responsibility for the understanding and application of the Flagship Way by the team and individuals

Desired qualifications

Future prospects

  • Permanent job with Flagship Group upon completion of apprenticeship

Things to consider

At Flagship, we offer agile working therefore you may have a blended approach of home and office working throughout your apprenticeship. You may also be required to travel to various offices around Norfolk and Suffolk.

In exchange you will receivea starting salaryof£10,000 per annum,with anincremental salary scaleto£22,000. Additional benefits include25 days annual leave with opportunity to buy and sell annual leave (up to 5 days), eligibility for our pension schemeand multiple wellbeing initiatives.
