About the apprenticeship

Duties

To oversee all office duties in Risca Production Office and to ensure safe reporting of personnel and activities on site to the Works Manager. To provide technical advice, knowledge, assistance and intervention to ensure the safe and efficient production / operation of all production activities. To ensure adherence to all safe systems of work for any site activity and to work to company Health and Safety policy at all times. This will include:

• Analysing technical drawings and process changes to them.
• Management of the facilities materials and stock.
• Booking in, allocating and creating saw lists for materials.
• Printing drawings and scanning documents.
• Maintaining traceability of all pieces of steel in the facility.
• Assisting with the management and records of mandatory training.
