The Head of Learning and Development (L&D) Position in RDASH offers a great opportunity for a senior leader whose core values are to place patients at the centre of all learning and ensure approaches to staff wellbeing and development are compassionate and high quality.

The role requires a person who is innovative and personally motivated to lead a team who support a high standard of training, positive practice placement opportunities and a varied range of organisational development activities. The role will also involve workforce development, development of apprentices and also income generation in regard to educational business opportunities.

The postholder will be key in developing a blended training offer which includes experiential learning alongside traditional L&D opportunities.

The postholder will be instrumental in rebranding the RDaSH Academy, therefore you will have significant opportunities to shape the functions, teams and offer to become leading internal training provider, so our colleagues have the best possible experience whilst at work.
