Working 37.5 hours a week between Monday - Saturday, you will join the team at Cotswold Spa, a specialist eating disorder service located in Broadway, Worcestershire for young people aged between 13 and 25 years which offers both inpatient and day-patient treatment programmes.

With experience from the NHS or private care, you will manage a designated caseload, which will see you provide assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.

Working alongside the Patient Care Team, you will plan and deliver service users treatment programmes, where you maintain efficient and effective services in line with the current objectives, evidencing best practice standards.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you reach your career goals.

Other responsibilities:
  • Identifying and actioning relevant referrals both in-house
  • Attending and actively contributing to CPA's/case review meetings
  • Ensuring that professional standards and RCOT Code of Conduct guidelines are adhered to at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Experience in working within mental health settings
  • Occupational Therapy assessment processes and report writing
  • Facilitating individual and group therapy
