Fixed Term Contract - 18 Months

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning and Development Team to work with our Nursing Associate apprentices.

The main purpose of the role will be to:
  • Coordination and support of all Trainee nursing associates undergoing learning placements at RCHT
  • Liaison with the relevant Higher Education Institute(s) to ensure that placement requirements are being met
  • Support and development of mentors in practice
  • Provision of clinically based education within specific acute ward areas.

Sustainability is integral to the Trust achieving the NHS Net Zero target. All staff are therefore actively encouraged and supported to implement new ways of working within their field of expertise.
